That's My Man

Yesterday Mr Soldier called me to tell me that daycare had called to say Madison was sick and needed picking up early. Of course I went into hysterical Mum mode and ran out of the office to go and get her in my arms and to try and make it all better. Little did I know I was in for a ROUGH night. Madison was at the point where she couldn't even keep water down for more than five minutes so I did a lot of cuddling and even more laundry as I called Mr Soldier and told him that on his way home he needed to stop and get pedialyte, tylenol and a box of wine (the latter being for me of course!) Anyway, he did this for me and when he came in the door he pulled out a surprise for Madison. He was so upset that she was sick he had gone and bought her a My Little Pony! That is my husband, that is my baby girls Daddy and he has the biggest heart in the world. Unfortunately, he is currently upstairs in bed sick too as it seemed to have passed to him quickly but at that moment my heart melted : )
