Weight Loss
Madison is 18 months old, I can no longer blame her for not fitting into my True Religion jeans, I can blame myself. You know how I came to this truthful realisation.....it was pretty harsh. I was on the floor playing with Madison and I joked with her as I pointed to my tummy and said "you did this to me" and what did Mr Soldier do?! He said no she didn't, you had her a year and a half ago, you are doing it to yourself. WOOOWWWW. That is so not a Mr Soldier thing to say. I cried but then I realised it was true and I probably needed to hear it. So here we go all over again, I am promising myself to lose two pounds a week if I can for the next few weeks and then I am going to fight to stay that size. Sure pregnancy makes you gain weight but it is up to you to get rid of it and only you.

I'm like a broken record these days, telling EVERYONE I know about what's worked for me. Try myfitnesspal.com. There's apps for smartphones, too. I've lost 18 pounds, and there is a setting to help you maintain your weight once you've hit your goal. And it's free!! Seriously, I've never had this kind of success before. Try it!!
ReplyDeleteI am 27 weeks pregnant, only have less then 3 months to go, and I'm trying to form a battle plan for just this thing! Everytime I've had success with weight loss, I was ALWAYS counting calories through Sparkpeople.com or a website/phone app just like it. You really do not realize how many calories you're putting into your body until you start doing that. I was shocked when I first started counting, LOL. I was on a 4,000 calorie diet which, is insane!!! Sure, I'm a pretty active person but there's no way I need that much food, HAHA! Good luck girl!!! I think you look great, but you have to feel it too:)
