Weight Loss

Madison is 18 months old, I can no longer blame her for not fitting into my True Religion jeans, I can blame myself. You know how I came to this truthful realisation.....it was pretty harsh. I was on the floor playing with Madison and I joked with her as I pointed to my tummy and said "you did this to me" and what did Mr Soldier do?! He said no she didn't, you had her a year and a half ago, you are doing it to yourself. WOOOWWWW. That is so not a Mr Soldier thing to say. I cried but then I realised it was true and I probably needed to hear it. So here we go all over again, I am promising myself to lose two pounds a week if I can for the next few weeks and then I am going to fight to stay that size. Sure pregnancy makes you gain weight but it is up to you to get rid of it and only you.

  1. I'm like a broken record these days, telling EVERYONE I know about what's worked for me. Try myfitnesspal.com. There's apps for smartphones, too. I've lost 18 pounds, and there is a setting to help you maintain your weight once you've hit your goal. And it's free!! Seriously, I've never had this kind of success before. Try it!!

  2. I am 27 weeks pregnant, only have less then 3 months to go, and I'm trying to form a battle plan for just this thing! Everytime I've had success with weight loss, I was ALWAYS counting calories through Sparkpeople.com or a website/phone app just like it. You really do not realize how many calories you're putting into your body until you start doing that. I was shocked when I first started counting, LOL. I was on a 4,000 calorie diet which, is insane!!! Sure, I'm a pretty active person but there's no way I need that much food, HAHA! Good luck girl!!! I think you look great, but you have to feel it too:)
